Warehouse Order Pickup Terms and Conditions
By selecting warehouse pickup, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Pickup Policy
Service Scope:
Warehouse pickup provides collection-only service. No shipping or delivery is included under this option.
Alternative Fulfilment Options:
Customers may alternatively opt for:
Delivery only at a flat fee of SGD 150, or
Delivery with installation at a flat fee of SGD 200,
subject to product eligibility and confirmation at the time of order.
Pickup Location:
Pickup is strictly in-person at the designated warehouse location.
In-Person Requirement:
Pickup must be conducted strictly in-person by the customer or a designated, pre-approved third-party agent or courier.
2. Pickup Scheduling and Procedure
Pickup Window:
All orders must be collected Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (excluding public holidays).
Advance Notification:
Customers must notify us of their preferred pickup date and time by emailing devar@jebgroup.com and noeltay@jebgroup.com at least 2 working days in advance.
Required Information:
Your email notification must include pickup date, pickup time, order number and contact person for pickup.
Order Preparation:
All orders will be pre-packed by our staff prior to your arrival.
3. Order Acceptance and Verification
Acceptance As-Is:
Customers must accept their orders as pre-packed. No modifications, repacking, or substitutions are permitted at the warehouse.
Verification:
It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to verify that the items collected match the order before leaving the warehouse premises.
Discrepancies:
Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to warehouse staff on-site. Once the Customer or their agent leaves the premises, the order is deemed accepted in full.
4. Loading and Transportation Responsibilities
Customer Responsibility:
Warehouse staff do not assist with loading or unloading items into or from vehicles. Customers must manage all transportation arrangements independently.
Equipment:
Customers must bring appropriate vehicles, equipment, and manpower to safely and legally transport their items.
Risk of Loss:
Risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers fully to the Customer upon successful collection and sign-off at the warehouse. The Company bears no liability for damage, injury, or loss occurring during loading, unloading, or transit once items leave our staff’s possession.
5. Pickup Deadline and Uncollected Orders
Deadline:
All orders must be collected by 6:00 pm on the scheduled pickup day.
Uncollected Policy:
Orders not collected by this deadline will be returned to inventory for resale. No refunds or credits will be issued for uncollected orders.

6. Delivery and Installation (Optional Services)
Delivery Fee:
Delivery services, where selected, are charged at a flat rate of SGD 150.
Delivery with Installation:
Delivery with installation services are charged at a flat rate of SGD 200, subject to product suitability and site conditions.
Service Scope:
Delivery and installation services must be selected at the point of order and are not interchangeable with warehouse pickup once confirmed.
7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
Limitation:
The Company’s liability for any claim relating to the purchase, pickup, delivery, or installation of goods shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific goods concerned. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Indemnity:
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its staff, and agents against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Any injury, damage, or loss sustained during loading, unloading, or transit
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions
8. General Provisions
Compliance:
Failure to comply with these terms may result in delays, refusal, or cancellation of pickup.
Right to Refuse Service:
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any pickup appointment or order if the Customer or their representative fails to comply with these terms, creates safety risks, or behaves in an abusive or disruptive manner. Such cases may be treated as uncollected orders with no refund.
Amendments:
These terms may be updated without prior notice. The version in effect on the scheduled pickup date shall govern the collection or delivery of the order.
